Running, Eating, and Playing

First of all, thank you for all the positive comments about the Mizuno Mezamashii Project video. I really appreciate all the support!

Run

For the next four weeks, my brother has a new schedule at work. This means instead of picking up my niece at 12:30 pm, he will be dropping her off at 7:30 am.

20130506_175302

Since she will be here in the mornings and all day, my workouts and 15k training will have to change a bit.

The part I am most nervous about is the 15k training. I have been really good about sticking to the plan and running three days a week, including a long run on the weekend. I also have a 5k the next three weekends in a row, so that throws things off too.

I think I figured out a plan – I will run one night a week after Danny gets home from work, wake up at 5:30 am one morning a week to run before Danny goes to work, and then continuing doing my long run on the weekend.

This Sunday, I’m running a Mother’s Day 5k with my family, so I am going to try and fit in my long run on Friday morning – that way my legs will hopefully be rested for Sunday. Even though my long run is only 6 miles (I’m building up endurance) my calves still get very tight and sore.

Last year’s Mother’s Day 5k:

037

The only day I’m really worried about is the night runs. I have never really ran in the evening, so it’ll probably take some getting used to, but you gotta do what you gotta do!

Eat

Although, I haven’t weighed myself lately, I know that I have gained a few pounds. I am slowly falling back into my old eating habits of eating what I want, when I want. This is what caused me to gain weight in the first place, and I refuse to gain back all the weight that I lost.

For example, yesterday I got into a run-in with a box of teddy grahams. The teddy grahams won.

This is why I liked competing in the Diet Bets because they made me feel like I was being held accountable to someone other than myself. So, starting today, I will be writing down everything I eat, stick to healthy foods, and stay within 1500 calories a day. I am more focused on eating healthy and feeling good than I am a number on the scale.

Play

Jaden has officially started t-ball!

IMG_20130505_125453

That means lots of t-ball practices, games, and fun!

Today’s Workout

  • Butts and Guts Class – 60 minutes

I have a pretty bad cold so my workouts haven’t been very intense these last few days. Hopefully, I’ll start to feel better soon!

After my workout, I had a Chobani caramel pineapple yogurt. These need to come in a bigger size – they’re so good!

Have a great afternoon!

  • When do you run? Morning, night, afternoon? Any advice for running in the evening?
  • Any races coming up?
  • Favorite yogurt flavor?
  • Any plans for today?

Today’s Workout

  • Elliptical – 15 minutes
  • Butts and Guts Class - 60 minutes

Lunch

Today for lunch, I had a smoothie. I know that I have been sharing lots of smoothie recipes lately, but I have to share one more because today’s smoothie was so good!

I found this Dannon Oikos orange cream Greek yogurt at the grocery store and knew that it would be perfect in a smoothie!

001

Strawberry Orange Smoothie

  • 1 container orange cream Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 6 oz. Trop50 orange juice
  • 2 oz. unsweetened almond milk
  • crushed ice

013

Usually I use protein powders in my smoothies but the Greek yogurt adds enough protein for this smoothie. I topped it with some Special K cereal for a bit of crunch!

Have a great afternoon!

  • Random Question: Favorite ab exercise?
  • Greek yogurt, regular yogurt, or no yogurt?
  • What did you have for lunch today? What’s for dinner?

Asthma Sucks

Yesterday

Last night at dinner I played an April Fool’s Day trick on the kids. I gave them their drinks but it was actually jello in a cup with a straw so they couldn’t drink it!

216

Hey, it’s funny to a six-year old…and I thought it was pretty clever. :)

The kids loved it.

Dinner

For dinner, I made a similar salad to the one I had last week when I met Danny for lunch. My salad had spring mix, pears, walnuts, cranberries, cucumbers, and feta.

228

I topped it with Ken’s Sweet Vidalia Onion dressing. Marlene had this dressing when we celebrated my grandpa’s birthday a couple of weeks ago, and it was really good so I bought a bottle.

I also bought a package of cranberries and glazed walnuts which is what gave me the idea for the salad.

200

The glazed walnuts were the best part.

Breakfast

Today’s breakfast was something different from my usual Kashi Go Lean cereal. I usually stick to cereal in the mornings because it’s quick and easy during the busy morning, but sometimes it’s nice to have something different.

This morning I had a Van’s blueberry waffle topped with PB2 and blueberries. I also had two egg whites, coffee, and a glass of detox water.

003

Today’s Workout

  • Plank #31 – 3 minutes and 28 seconds!
  • 1 mile treadmill, walked
  • Butts and Guts – 60 minutes
  • Elliptical – 12 minutes
  • Stretching - 5 minutes

This morning, I had to make an asthma and allergy appointment for Jaden because his allergies have been acting up and he has been wheezy. Luckily, they were about to get him in at 11:15 am, so I told his school that I’d pick him up at 10:45 am.

I still had time to kill after Butts and Guts class (Jaden’s school is two minutes from the gym, so there’s no point in going home first) so I just did the elliptical for a short time, followed by some much-needed calf stretching.

Jaden’s doctor appointment took forever. Our appointment was at 11:15 am and by the time we even saw the doctor it was 12 pm. Then I was in a big rush to get Jaden back to school in time for lunch and pick up my niece.

Jaden left the doctor’s office with four prescriptions including a steroid, a breathing treatment, and an inhaler. I feel so bad that my poor little guys has to go through all this. He’s already on daily asthma and allergy medicine and gets allergy shots once every three weeks. Poor guy.

I’m finally home now and can eat lunch!

Have a great afternoon!

FYI

My blog will be down for few days sometime within the next week. I am in the process of switching over to a self-hosted site. Apparently, my love for taking pictures is making the process a little bit longer than originally planned :) But don’t worry, you can’t get rid of me that easily – once everything is switched over, things will be back to normal.

You can follow me on Facebook and Instagram (@RunEatPlay). I’m sure I’ll be posting a lot there!

  • What’s your quick go-to breakfast?
  • Do you (or your kids) have asthma or allergies?
  • Favorite salad topping?

Biggest Loser Finale

Biggest Loser

Did you guys watch the Biggest Loser finale last night? I didn’t even recognize Danni! She looked awesome, and of course, I had to root for her because she’s from the Chicago suburbs – not too far from me actually. What a transformation that girl had!

x-default

(Source)

I also really liked Joe and thought all the contestants looked awesome. I was hoping Lisa would win the at home prize. That girl looked great!!

I loved the kid’s transformations. I think they really made themselves healthier and gained tons of self-confidence. They also helped change their families lives.

I just wished they didn’t end the show so abruptly – maybe let Danni or the trainers talk for a minute? It’s just confetti. The End.

Today’s Workout

  • Plank #19 – 3 minutes and 4 seconds
  • 1.04 miles treadmill, walked
  • Butts and Guts Class – 60 minutes

Only 12 more planks left in March to go! We used the Bosu ball in Butts and Guts today, and we did some plank work on it at the end of class, so I got a lot of plank time in today!

Right from the gym, I went to the dentist for a check-up and teeth cleaning. All good! I hate when they floss my teeth, though. It drives me crazy. I am 30 years old. I think I can floss my own teeth.

After the dentist, I picked up my niece, and we stopped at Target where I picked up the BEST Easter candy ever:

IMG_20130319_141918

I love love love Cadbury eggs. But don’t worry – I’m not going to eat all of them (although I would love to :) ). I found a recipe for Cadbury Egg Blondies on Pinterest that I am going to make for Easter. I hope that turn out good because that’s pretty much my dream dessert!

Lunch

Lunch this afternoon was one that you’ve seen a lot.

IMG_20130319_144319

Peanut butter stuffed French toast made with PB2, two egg whites, and Honeycrisp apple slices dipped in PB2.

Tomorrow is the first day of spring! How are you going to celebrate?!

I’m going to celebrate by wearing shorts. Just kidding. I’ll be wearing pants, a hoodie, a coat, and gloves because it’s going to be 25 degrees here tomorrow. Thanks first day of spring.

  • Did you watch the Biggest Loser Finale? Who did you want to win?
  • What’s your dream dessert?
  • What’s the last thing you bought at Target?

Healthy Eats

The FitFluential DietBet officially started today! There’s still time to signup if you want to join – the pot is up to $9925!! Danny and I are weighed in and ready to go!

My weight is up a bit recently, but I also ate way too much this weekend. (What? You’re not surprised because I overeat every weekend? Story of my life.) My weight always seems to fluctuate a few pounds so I’m not too worried about it.

I am going to try really hard to keep my weekend eating under control for this DietBet. I will continue with Weight Loss Wednesdays starting next week. When this DietBet is over it will mark one year since I started my weight loss jounrey :)

Yesterday

We made sure to eat a good dinner last night. I made garlic brown sugar chicken for Danny and the kids.

024

I followed this chicken recipe that I found via Pinterest. I also made green beans and brown rice. I tend to make a broccoli and carrots so the green beans were a nice change.

Jaden wouldn’t touch them though. He wanted soup instead of green beans. Whatever. I’m lucky I got him to eat the chicken.

042

I had salmon, green beans with onions, and a clementine.

035

I also threw some blueberries on my plate at the last-minute. I’m pretty sure that I eat clementines and blueberries every single day. And when summer comes, it’ll be watermelon and strawberries. Yum! I love summer fruit.

Today’s Workout

  • Plank #12: 2 minutes and 52 seconds. I was dying today. Dying.
  • 1.05 miles treadmill, walked
  • Butts and Guts class – 60 minutes

I plan on starting my training plan for the Biggest Loser 15k soon, I just have to figure out how to work it into my schedule. I am so used to taking my exercises classes on certain days so it’ll be an adjustment to stick to a training plan.

I received this email on what to eat post workout:

post_workout_foods_w_ad_

I seem to be doing good with post work out eating because I eat almost all of these foods – usually for lunch. My favorite post workout snack is a protein bar or Greek yogurt.

Lunch

Lunch this afternoon was a bagel thin with three egg whites and provolone cheese.

011

I also had veggies with hummus, a clementine, and blueberries. Yes, again. I told you, everyday.

Tonight, I want to bring Danny over to TJ Maxx because I saw some pieces of furniture that I really like over there. I am just worried that if I buy one dresser or nightstand at TJ Maxx that I won’t be able to find other pieces to match it somewhere else.

I also want to put up a big mirror in the corner of our room like this one via Pinterest:

a1eb7b0f44895725e8ff157bc8c490c1

(Source)

Our room is small so I’m not sure how it would work.

Too many decisions!!

Have a great afternoon!

  • Is there anything you eat almost every day?
  • Have you ever stuck to a training plan? Did you have to rearrange your schedule?
  • What was for lunch today?
  • What color is your bedroom furniture?

Easy Crock Pot Dinner

Well, it’s been snowing here in Chicagoland since about 5am. We’re expected to get 8 to 12 inches of snow. Great. I thought Spring was supposed to be coming?

Our school district was one of the few that didn’t cancel school today, so the kids were kind of bummed to not have a snow day. Jaden still had fun playing in the snow while waiting for the bus and brushing off my car.

20130305_082649

I guess we’re used to snow here in Illinois.

After I made sure Jaden got on the bus safely, I headed to the gym. I started off with my plank-a-day #5 challenge. I held it for 2 minutes and 37 seconds today.

It was tough. I’m trying to hold it longer each day, even if it’s only by a second, and now I’m kind of wishing that I would have done a shorter plank the first day!

Danny is progressively getting better at his plank too. His time yesterday was 1 minute and 45 seconds.

Today’s Workout

  • Plank 2:37
  • Elliptical – 15 minutes
  • Butts and Guts class – 60 minutes
  • 2.04 miles treadmill, walked and jogged

IMG_20130305_104931

There was two of us in Butts and Guts class today. That is all.

Post workout, I had a vanilla Greek yogurt with some delicious PB2 mixed in. I wonder of I could freeze it and eat it like frozen yogurt?

048

I also stopped at the store to pick up a few things for dinner since I’m sure we’ll be snowed in tonight. I decided to take out the crock pot and make something super simple – shredded chicken and gravy over biscuits.

You only need three ingredients – chicken, gravy, and biscuits.

002

I bought the skinless, boneless tenderloins because they were on sale. I cook them in the crock pot with a bit of water for 5-6 hours on low. Then, I shred the chicken, add the gravy, and cook for an additional 30 minutes.

Serve the chicken and gravy over biscuits and you’re done! Easy, simple, and good! (Don’t worry, I’ll add some kind of vegetable in there too :) )

  • What’s your easy, go-to dinner?
  • Have you ever frozen Greek yogurt? Good?
  • What’s your weather like? Any snow?

Weight Loss

I did really good cutting back on my sugar yesterday, But, like I’ve mentioned before, I usually eat really good during the week anyway. It’s the weekend that always gets me!

Here is what my meals looked like yesterday:

Breakfast/pre-workout: coffee, Kashi cereal with almond milk, blueberries

Post workout snack: Mint Builder bar

IMG_20130121_104038

Lunch: Smoothie

20130233

Afternoon snack: Cherry Fage Greek yogurt, mini package of pistachios (five pistachios)

Dinner: Salmon, roasted broccoli and carrots made with olive oil and garlic, clementine

Late snack/dessert: Atkin’s bar

Weight Loss

I have found that being held accountable for my food and weight is what really motivates me. I signed up for my first weight loss challenge in March of 2012. I came in first place and lost 20 pounds. Soon after, I signed up for the Biggest Loser at my gym, and I lost another 11 pounds. After that I signed up for the Diet Bet and another Diet Bet after the holidays.

I only succeeded in losing weight when I was part of these programs. My favorite was the Biggest Loser because we worked out three days a week, met with a nutritionist, kept food journals, and trained for a 5k. But this has shown me that although I can lose weight on my own, I do it better when I am part of a group or I am being held accountable to someone other than myself.

That being said, I have decided to sign up for another DietBet . I am no longer overweight. I am at a healthy weight for my height (5’8″) and I am right at the middle range. But I know that I gain weight very easy and often without realizing it.

This DietBet will help me get back on track and be held accountable. This time, it’s more about focusing on healthy weekend eating and being held accountable than it is about losing weight. This time, I won’t push myself to lose the weight, and if I don’t lose my 4% (approx. 5 pounds) I will be okay with that. This time it’s about maintaining what I have lost but in a way that I know helps me (being part of a program or “group”).

I don’t want to come across like I feel like I need to lose a lot of weight and I am unhappy with myself. Because actually, I am very proud of myself for losing over 30 pounds and all the hard work that went into it. I am happy that I can fit into clothes without being uncomfortable. But I am not at a place where I can continue on my own and be okay. (I love chocolate and ice cream and candy too much…) Instead, this Diet Bet will help me stay on track.

Would you guys still be interested in DietBet/weight loss updates or no?

I have muscles now! And crazy hair as normal:

Today’s Workout

  • 1.07 miles treadmill, walked
  • Butts and Guts class – 60 minutes
  • Stairmaster – 15 minutes

Yes, my gym finally got a Stairmaster!

IMG_20130219_103435

I jumped on it after Butts and Guts class for 15 minutes. I haven’t been on the Stairmaster for a long time, so I took it kind of slow. I did an interval program with one minute slow climbing and one minute fast climbing. I also did a few minutes of sideways stepping.

A sports doctor told me once that all the repetitive forward motion isn’t good for your hips and legs (running on a treadmill, the elliptical, etc). And sometimes you need to run and step sideways. I had hip bursitis at the time from all of the repetitive forward motion I was doing on cardio machines.

I wore my new pink tank top today.

PicMonkey Collage

I had Jaden take my picture instead of the awkward self-pic, but he had a little too much and took about 47 pictures. :)

After my hour and a half workout, I realized that I wasn’t wearing my BodyMedia armband. :( I plugged it into the computer this morning and forgot to put it back on. I was pretty bummed because I like to see my steps and calories after my workouts… and now I will never know.

Lunch

Lunch this afternoon was a stuffed pepper.

031

I stuff mine with brown rice, spinach, and feta cheese. So good! I also had a Chobani Champions Tube yogurt for a little bit more protein.

030

These are geared toward kids, but I actually bought them for myself. One tube only has 70 calories and 5 grams of protein.

I hope you all have a great afternoon!

  • Do you eat any food that are supposed to be for kids?
  • Did you workout today?
  • What’s the hardest thing you’ve ever done or worked towards?

Happy Birthday, Jaden!

Happy 6th Birthday to my baby Jaden!

009

Proud new daddy and baby Jaden:

Proud new brother Jacob:

2004_0102Image0017

I swear that Jaden doesn’t look anything like he did when he was a baby. He looks so completely different now than when he was born that I often wonder if I came home with the right kid…

I’m joking, I’m joking. He’s definitely my baby, but he sure looks different now.

2004_0102Image0019

Luckily, he got cuter as he got older…

2007_0328Image0047

…and balder.

That’s okay, we just covered up his big bald head with a hat :)

2007_0702Image0455

Happy Birthday, Jaden!! I love you!

Today’s Workout

  • 1.11 miles treadmill, walked
  • Butts and Guts Class – 60 minutes

Today in Butts and Guts class, the instructor set up about 10 different stations. We spent three minutes at each station, rotating until we did every station. It was a fun workout, and I really enjoyed it.

Some of the stations included:

  • one-legged squats
  • jump rope
  • squats on a bench with four risers
  • kettle ball arm raises
  • hurdles
  • bosu ball exercises

Post-workout, I had something a little different for snack today.

IMG_20130212_103913

I had a cookie dough Luna protein bar. I’ve been hearing good things about this bar lately, so I figured I’d pick one up and try it out. While it was good, it wasn’t my favorite. I’m glad that I tried it and would recommend it, but I prefer my normal snack size Builder bar.

The Luna bar had 170 calories and 12 grams of protein. Whenever I buy protein bars, I try to look for three things – not too high in calories, high in protein, and tastes good. I like to stick to around 150 calories and at least 8 or more grams of protein.

After the gym, I went to pick up my niece. As soon as I got there, the school called saying that Jaden was sick and throwing up. On his birthday. My poor baby.

My brother’s house is at least a half hour away from Jaden’s school, so I got my niece ready really quick, and we went to Jaden’s school to pick him up. So, Jaden will spend his birthday laying on the couch and watching cartoons for the rest of the afternoon.

20130217

We’re going to have his birthday dinner and cake tomorrow if he feels better.

Lunch

Lunch this afternoon was a strawberry, blueberry, and peanut butter smoothie. Trust me – it was absolutely delicious. It’s like eating dessert for lunch.

20130226

I topped my smoothie with some of the new Cheerio Medley Crunch cereal.

20130219

Have you tried this cereal? I love it! I never thought I’d be a fan of mixing cereals, but I was wrong. This cereal has honey nut Cheerios, flakes, and granola clusters. It is so good that sometimes I can’t even start eating it, or I won’t want to stop.

I hope you all have a great afternoon!

  • Do you mix cereals together? Which ones?
  • When is the last time you were sick?
  • What was for lunch today?
  • Do you have kids – how old are they?

Chili Recipe

A few people asked me to share my chili recipe, so I decided to post it today.

The first time I ever made chili was last year when I decided to make it for Danny. I actually found the recipe by googling “best chili recipe.” I used the same recipe this weekend, making a couple of slight changes.

023

Best Chili

Ingredients:

2 1/2 lb. lean chuck, ground
1 lb. lean pork, ground
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 cup finely chopped onion
8 oz. hunt’s tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 can beer (12 oz.)
3 Tablespoons chili powder
2 Tablespoons instant beef bouillon (or 6 cubes)
2 Tablespoons cumin, ground
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons oregano leaves
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon coriander, ground
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
1/2 teaspoon Louisiana hot sauce
1 teaspoon cornmeal
1 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon warm water

Directions:

1. In a large saucepan brown 1 1/4 pounds of the ground meat (the beef and the pork), drain the fat.

2. Remove meat (the beef and the pork). Brown the rest of the ground meat, drain all but 2 tablespoons of the fat.

3. Add the garlic and onion, cook and stir until tender.

4. Add the other half of the meat and the tomato sauce, water, beer, chili powder, bouillon, cumin, paprika, oregano, sugar, coriander, cocoa, and hot sauce. Mix well.

5. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer, covered , for 2 hours.

6. In a small bowl, stir together the cornmeal and flour, then add the warm water and mix well.

7. Stir into chili and cook, covered, for an additional 20 minutes.

(Source)

Usually recipes with a lot of ingredients intimidate me, but a lot of these are spices which really make the chili what it is!

The few changes I made: I added two cans of Brook’s mild chili beans (my family likes chili with beans!), I used 6 cloves of garlic (mostly because I love garlic), and I used a full teaspoon of hot sauce (the chili wasn’t spicy because a teaspoon is pretty small).

So, that’s the recipe that I used. Do you have a good chili recipe to share?

Today’s Workout

  • 1.2 miles treadmill, walked
  • Butts and Guts Class – 60 minutes

My quad is finally starting to feel a lot better. It’s still slightly sore, but better than it was before. I still walked on the treadmill today, but I was able to walk at my normal pace instead of walking super slow. Hopefully, I’ll get back to running later this week!

After walking for a bit, I went to Butts and Guts class.

Lunch

Lunch today was an overstuffed veggie and feta egg white omelet with toast and pb, fruit, and the new coffee chocolate Chobani bites yogurt.

012

I threw the toast on my plate at the last-minute. For some reason, eating eggs always makes me want toast.

I finally bought the coffee flavored yogurt to try. While I really like the raspberry and coffee yogurts, I’m not a huge fan of the chocolate chunks in them. I don’t like when my yogurt is crunchy. I’ll finish all the yogurts, I just probably won’t purchase those flavors again.

However, I would buy the caramel pineapple flavor a million times. That one is the best.

I also picked up two of the new Fage greek yogurt flavors to try.

009

Orange cinnamon and passion fruit clementine. Interesting. There was also some apple raisin flavor, but I didn’t buy that one because I don’t like raisins. Eww.

100 Days

Jaden wanted me to share that yesterday was his 100 day of school!

002

He made a fruit loop necklace to celebrate and Baby McFruitLoop kept trying to eat it. I’m pretty sure that I also made a fruit loop necklace in kindergarten.

Have a great afternoon!

Questions of the day:

  • Raisins: Yes or No?    Raisins in yogurt: Yes or No?
  • Do you remember celebrating the 100th day of school when you were younger?
  • Favorite yogurt – brand/flavor?
  • What two foods do you usually eat together? I always eat eggs with toast and raw veggies with hummus.

I Workout and Eat…Story of my Life

Last Night’s Workout

  • Cardio Fit and Tone Class – 60 minutes
  • Elliptical – 10 minutes

I went to the cardio fit and tone class at 6:20 pm last night, so I had a bowl of Kashi cereal about 4 pm, then I had a clementine and 5 pistachios at 6 pm, and I had a smoothie with a little bit of Special K when I got home about 8 pm.

003

I usually try not to eat dinner so late, but my eating always gets messed up when I go to the gym around 6pm.

In my smoothie:

  • 1 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup peaches
  • 1 container plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • crushed ice

Today’s Breakfast

This morning, I had peanut butter toast, blueberries, and hazelnut coffee.

010

Coffee cup courtesy of my mom.

Today’s Workout

  • 1.15 miles treadmill, walked
  • Butts and Guts Class – 60 minutes
  • Stretching – 15 minutes

My right quad (it’s always my right side!) has been really sore lately, so this morning I pulled out the neglected massage stick and used it on my leg.

012

I think part of the problem is that I haven’t been stretching lately. I don’t stretch as often as I should, and I know that’s a problem. Today after Butts and Guts class, I stretched for 15 minutes, and I was so glad that I did afterwards. I really need to start stretching more.

After my workout, I had a Greek yogurt and a mini package of pistachios.

IMG_20130129_103729

Each package has about six pistachios and is only 20 calories. A package or two is good for when I am craving something salty/crunchy. I usually crave sweets more than I do salty foods though.

I picked up my niece and the stopped at the grocery store to pick up a few veggies. When I got home I made a veggie and feta omelet for lunch. I also had veggies and hummus, strawberries, and a caramel pineapple Greek yogurt.

Biggest Loser

Are you watching the Biggest Loser? I was glad to see that yesterday’s episode discussed nutrition a little bit more. I like watching the Biggest Loser, but sometimes I get bored with just watching them workout all the time. I would love to know how many calories they eat, what they eat, when they eat, etc.

I think that diet is just as important as exercise if you’re trying to be healthy or lose weight, and I wished they showed more of that on the show.

I was also surprised to see that the kids on the show are also wearing the BodyMedia armbands. I thought only the adults were wearing them since they said the kids wouldn’t be weighed. Maybe they’re just wearing them to see how many calories they’re burning a daily basis.

Have a great afternoon!

Questions of the day:

  • Biggest Loser thoughts?
  • Do you stretch? How often?
  • Sweet, salty, or crunchy?
  • Workouts: morning or evening? Or afternoon?
