The Perfect Day

Do you ever have one of those day when everything just goes right? Like perfect. Like you probably should play the lotto because you’re having such an awesomely perfect day?!  Like you dance around your house for no reason except that you’re happy because you’re having such a absolutely incredible day?!

Well, I had that day yesterday.

Of course, I have days when things go right or I’m happy but it seemed like the world was in my favor yesterday and everything was just awesome.

First, like I mentioned yesterday, I had a meeting about working at the fitness desk at my gym. I originally thought I’d have to work at 4:30 am (yes, I said 4:30 am) or 2 pm. Both times are terrible for my schedule with the kids. I’d have to pay for Jaden to go to before care at his school. I’d have to figure out how to get Jacob on the bus. And I’d have to wake up at 3:15 am. (if you’re someone who does this regularly, I feel for you. I am not a 3:15 am person).

I mentioned in my meeting that I am unable to work on Mondays and Thursdays because I watch my niece and 9 am – 2 pm was the most ideal time for me. Well, low and behold, there was a 9 am – 2 pm position open on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Check one for me. It was like fate. Perfection.

Next, I went to the grocery store. As I’ve mentioned a million times, I usually drink a Rockin’ Refuel protein drink after every workout. They can be a little pricey, up to $2 a bottle, but yesterday the grocery store had them on sale for $1.25 a bottle.

Danny mentioned that I bought a lot of protein drinks. E

Another check in my favor. Yay for saving money.

After dinner, we stopped at Target so I could look for black pants for work. I hate buying pants in general. I especially hate jeans. Pants never seem to fit me right. Don’t even get me started on jeans and most yoga/stretchy pants are too darn short.

Well, yesterday at Target, I managed to find not one but two pairs of black pants in a long size. The best part?! They were a size small. Woo hoo! This was like the most exciting thing for me. I don’t think I would ever be considered small. I am a tall girl. I’m 5’8″. I got some hips on me (child bearing hips as one of my nice doctors referred to them). So, I was elated that not only did I find stupid pants that fit but they were long and a size small.

Two checks for me because that’s awesome.

Target was a great trip all around last night. My Instagram friend, Suzanne, shared a picture of jelly bean and confetti cake gum yesterday and being the gum addict that I am, I was determined to find it.

Target for the win!

#GumLife. Another check for me.

Then, we headed down the frozen aisle. Most nights after dinner, Danny and I eat a Yasso Greek yogurt bar as our evening treat. They’re low in calories and have some protein so they’re a great healthy treat, but they can be expensive. At Target, they’re normally $3.99 a box for four bars. At other grocery stores they’re $4.99 a box.

Well, Target had two new flavors that I’ve never seen before, chocolate chip cookie dough and coffee chocolate chip, for $1 a box. Yes, you read that right. $1 a box! And they weren’t even on sale or clearance. They were regularly priced at $1 a box, although the other flavors were still $3.99.

I couldn’t figure out why they were a dollar. Maybe they were marked wrong? But I was at another Target earlier in the week and they cost the same but they were completely gone at that Target. We bought five boxes.

Another check for me.

I was having such a great day, I ate two of those bars and didn’t even feel guilty about it.

So as you can see, yesterday was just one of those days when everything falls into place, and everything is right in the universe.

I should have played the lotto.

This morning, Danny and I went to the gym.

We worked on back and biceps which we haven’t done it a couple of weeks and it was tough.

We did: seated rows, lat pulldowns, straight arm dumbell pullovers, dumbbell rows, deadlifts, bicep curls, bicep curl machine, cable machine curls. Woo! It was tough today!

We’re supposed to get big snowstorm tonight so our plans for the Superbowl might be changed for tomorrow. :( We might end up staying home, watching the game, and eating fajitas.

Have a great rest of your weekend!

Friday Randomness

Good afternoon!

I was going to do Friday Favorites today but I couldn’t really think of a lot of favorites for this week so I’d thought I’d talk about some random things instead.

Actually, I do have one favorite – me new sequin leopard slippers!

My feet are always cold so if I’m at home, I’m wearing slippers. I needed a new pair and I knew they’d be on clearance at Target soon so I waited until slippers were 70% off and got this pair for only $5!

Yesterday Jaden wasn’t feeling the best, so he stayed home from school to rest. I wasn’t able to go to the gym, but not one to miss a workout, I did the Bikini Body Mommy workout in my living room instead.

My son and my niece were so excited to workout with me.

I love how excited kids get about exercise! It’s so fun for them to jump around the living room and “workout” with me. I love being able to teach healthy habits to my children although Jacob did give up going to the gym with me.

Jaden was feeling a lot better today so he went back to school and I went to the gym.

I did the Bikini Body Mommy workout twice, an ab circuit, and finished on the elliptical.

I feel like since starting this Bikini Body Mommy challenge, my strength training has been slacking a bit so tomorrow I’m back to lifting heavy weights, maybe some back and biceps. (You got that, Danny?! You better hope your back feels better!)

Danny and I normally work biceps and back on Saturdays but Danny hurt his back last week so he’s been taking it easy. But I think he’s better now!

I did get some exciting news today. Starting next week, I will be working at the fitness desk at my gym a couple of days a week!

It’s perfect because I watch my niece two days a week and then on the other days, I’ll work at the gym. It will change my workout time because I’ll be starting work when I normally would workout, so now I’ll just workout when I get off of work and then hurry home to get the kids off the bus.

I’m actually really looking forward to it! I start training next week. Yay!

I came across this picture the other day and I wanted to share it.

In the first picture, Jaden was a baby. I have no idea how old he was – maybe a couple of months? The second picture was a few weeks ago.

I have a high risk pregnancy so I was on bedrest with Jaden for six months. I was allowed to get out of bed to go to the bathroom, get something to eat, and go to the doctor once a week. And that was it. Needless to say, I gained a lot more weight than someone with a normal pregnancy might.

This picture really makes me realize how far I’ve come. Sometimes I get upset because I don’t think I’m small enough, or my stomach is flat enough, or I can’t run like I used too, but seeing this picture reminds me that I have come a long way. I can go things now that I could never think about doing a few years ago.

Sometimes it’s hard not to get down on yourself or compare yourself to others but we all have our own journey and sometimes you might have to take two steps back before you move forward. The point is to be the best version of yourself that you can be.

Moving on….

Happy birthday to my best friend in the world, Jenny!

We have been best friends for 21 years. 21 years?! Isn’t that crazy. We meet when we were 12 years old and have so many fun memories.

On Sunday we’re going to my grandparent’s house for the Superbowl. I heard we’re supposed to get a lot of snow this weekend so I’m really hoping it holds off.

Have a great Friday!

  • Do you have anything random to share?

Van’s New Products: Pasta and Granola

Recently I was given the opportunity to try out some of the new Van’s Foods products. I have always loved Van’s breakfast waffles and other snack products but now they are offering a new lunch/dinner product – pasta!!

Excited to try out the collapsible colander:

Van’s has just come out with three new whole grain gluten-free pastas.

  • Rotini and Red Sauce

This is a great pasta and marinara dish. It has 12 grams of protein and 34 grams of whole grains! Besided being gluten-free, I love that this dish is also dairy-free which means that Jaden can eat it!

We tried out the Rotini and Red Sauce pasta as a side dish with our chicken for dinner.

The challenge was to see if the Van’s pasta could pass Jaden’s taste test. That kid is the pickiest eater I have ever seen in my life so I was a little worried about the fate of the Rotini and Red Sauce.

Jaden’s exact words were: It’s delightful and delicious but it needs a little more sauce.

And he ate two helpings. That’s pretty much unheard of for Jaden. The only thing he eats more than one helping of is oatmeal.

The Van’s pasta got the seal of approval from the world’s toughest critic! :)

  • Creamy Herb and Garlic

I was really excited for this pasta dish because I love garlic. It has 11 grams of protein and 28 grams of whole grains per serving.

  • Ultimate Cheddar Penne

Who doesn’t love cheddar? It’s made with real aged cheddar cheese and has 6 grams of protein and 28 grams of whole grains.

I loved how easy this pasta dishes were to make and the fact that they only took ten minutes on the stovetop. They made a great side dish for dinner. I love that the new pastas pack a punch of extra protein and lots of whole grains.

Van’s pastas are gluten-free, egg-free, kosher, don’t contain any artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, or high fructose corn syrup. Look for them at a grocery store near you!

In addition to their new pasta dishes, Van’s has also come out with a new Soft Baked Whole Grain Granola Clusters snack.

I love granola. I love it a little too much. I could probably eat a whole entire bag of granola in one sitting. And how delicious does soft baked granola sound?!

Van’s granola comes in two flavors: Blueberry Walnut and Cranberry Almond. They are bite sized, sweet, and chewy. It’s great to put on yogurt or as a sweet snack after dinner.

I added some to my yogurt as an afternoon snack.

And I added some to my yogurt and strawberries for breakfast.

Van’s Soft Baked Granola Clusters are made from whole grain oats, have 12 grams of whole grains per serving, and are free of artificial flavors, colors, and high fructose corn syrup.

This granola is going to go fast in my house!

  • Have you tried the new Van’s products yet?
  • What’s your favorite kind of pasta?
  • Do you like topping your yogurt with anything?

Disclaimer: I was sent these products by Van’s at no cost to me. All opinions are my own…and Jaden’s.

Ab Circuit Workout

Good afternoon!

When we were at Target over the weekend, I came across this PB&J oatmeal.

Yes, it’s geared towards kids but really who doesn’t love PB&J or anything with peanut butter for that matter?! I was a little hesitant to buy it because it’s a little higher in calories and carbs than I normally eat for breakfast but I decided to save it for a day when I worked out a little harder and longer.

Well, today was that day! I made the PB&J oatmeal for breakfast and it was honestly the best oatmeal that I’ve ever had. I liked it because it was sweet but not overly sweet. It had oats, real strawberries, peanuts, and peanut butter chips. So good.

I will be buying more.

After checking their website, I see that they do make an adult version which looks like it’s exactly the same but bigger. I think the kid’s size was the perfect amount. I ate it with two egg whites for a little extra protein. Yum!

After breakfast, I went to the gym and got a great workout in.

I warmed up on the elliptical while talking to a friend, then I did the Bikini Body Mommy workout two times – killer! Then I did the following ab circuit:

After the ab workout, I cooled down on the stationary bike and finished my workout with a little bit of foam rolling and stretching. It was a great workout!

Post workout, I had a Rockin’ Refuel protein drink with 30 grams of protein.

Lately, I’ve gotten into the habit of drinking a cup of coffee after my workout. Normally I only drink one cup of coffee when I wake up but lately I’ve been craving it after my workout too. I don’t know if it’s because I’m so cold or because I have about a million k-cups from Christmas, but I’ve been trying to break the habit.

Lately, I’ve been switching to the Candy Cane Lane tea.

It’s still okay to drink out of a gingerbread mug, right?! And it’s peppermint tea which is supposed to help soothe the stomach.

And that’s all for this morning! Have a great day!!

  • What do you usually eat for breakfast?
  • Do you drink coffee? Tea? How often?

Breakfast, A Quick Workout, and the Doctor

Good afternoon! How’s everyone doing out there with the snow? Did you get a lot of snow in your area?

We’ve been pretty lucky here in Chicagoland with not getting too much snow this winter. But Illinois weather is crazy. One year it snowed on Danny and I’s anniversary. Our anniversary is April 15th.

Breakfast this morning was delicious. I mixed a plain Fage Greek yogurt with a packet of Monk Fruit in the Raw and then I topped it with sliced strawberries and some Van’s blueberry walnut soft baked granola.

This granola is amazing!

Check back later in the week for a whole post on the new Van’s products!!

I had to cut my workout a little short today because I had a doctor appointment. I did the Bikini Body Mommy workout and another cardio/strength workout that I found on the Pop Sugar website.

When I’m short on time, I like fast workouts that get my heart rate up in a short amount of time. And I am so old school at the gym and write my workouts down on paper. I used the Tabata timer app on my phone so I can’t really be checking my phone for the workout moves.

I was so mad this morning because when I got to the gym I realized that I put on my heart rate chest strap but forgot the watch. I was so bummed. I was really hoping to see my heart rate and calories during today’s workout. I did have my Fitbit Charge HR as a backup, but I don’t think it measures my heart rate accurately. Better than nothing, I guess.

My workout was about 55 minutes and according to my Charge HR, I burned 320 calories. I feel like it should have been a bit higher but I guess it’s better to underestimate than overestimate, right?!

Right after the gym, I had a doctor appointment. I talk about a lot of stuff on my blog but I don’t usually talk about super personal stuff a lot. I’ve just been having some issues lately with being tired constantly, feeling run down, and having constant stomach issues.

My doctor did blood work a few months back and was pretty sure I had a thyroid problem. But my thyroid blood work came back normal. Today I had even more blood work done and they’re checking for celiac disease as well as some other stomach diseases.

It’s frustrating to feel so crappy but not know what’s wrong with you!

Now, I just wait for my blood work to come back.

I’m off to make lunch! Have a great day!

  • What did you have for breakfast?
  • Did you workout today? Do you ever write down your workouts?

Cake Batter Blondies and A Shoulder Circuit Workout

Good afternoon! I hope you are all having a great weekend!

Yesterday, we had dinner with my family so I made cake batter blondies to bring.

I have to share the recipe because they were so delicious. And the best part is that they were one of the easiest desserts I’ve ever made!

Of course, I got the recipe from Sally’s Baking Addiction. Her blog is pretty much the only place I’ve been going to for dessert recipes.

Funfetti Cake Batter Blondies

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 11 x 7 pan with cooking spray.
  2. Mix together cake mix, canola oil, egg, and milk in a  large bowl.
  3. Stir in sprinkles and white chocolate chips. The batter will be very thick.
  4. Spread into a 11 x 7 baking pan and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and cool for 30 minutes before cutting.

So easy! So darn good!

Jaden was on a strict dairy-free for three weeks and finally this weekend he was allowed a little bit of dairy so he was so excited for these blondies!

Also, I didn’t have a 11 x 7 pan but Danny went to the store to look for one and he found one for only $3.99. You definitely need a 11 x 7 pan for these to come out perfect. A 9 x 9 pan might work but you’d have to increase the cooking time.

Today’s Workout

Danny and I ate way too much this weekend! We had two family dinners this weekend with lots of food and dessert so we made sure to get out butts to the gym today.

My leg has been really sore lately so we stuck with a shoulder workout.

This is the shoulder circuit workout that we did. We repeated the circuit four times, resting about two minutes in between. By the four set, my shoulders were dying!

We also pretty much used all the weights. Good thing we had a small spot at the gym to ourselves.

Before the gym this morning, I went grocery shopping. I found the new Chobani grape yogurt but I didn’t buy it.

I like grapes and I like yogurt but I don’t know if I like grape yogurt. Has anyone tried this flavor yet? Thoughts?

Have a great Sunday!

  • What did you do this weekend?
  • Favorite dessert?

Friday Favorites

Happy Friday!!

Let’s jump right into today’s favorites!

  • Zensah calf sleeves

I pulled out my much neglected calf sleeves this morning. I’ve been having a lot of trouble with my Achilles and calves lately so I’m hoping these calf sleeves helped a bit during today’s workout. I even ran sprints on the indoor track at the gym which was very exciting for me.

Since my Achilles bothers me, it hurts to run long distances but the sprints aren’t too bad and it got my heart rate up! I was diagnosed with compartment syndrome a few years ago, so my calves are always always always tight and the sleeves help with the blood flow.

  • Eggs

I eat a lot of eggs. I eat eggs every single day. I  buy brown eggs because they’re from vegetarian fed hens, have less saturated fat, and omega 3s. I think brown and white eggs are pretty similar nutrition-wise, I just personally prefer brown eggs.

I usually eat 2-3 egg whites every morning and sometimes for lunch too. The kids love scrambled eggs and hard boiled eggs.

  • Bikini Body Mommy Workouts

I know, I mention the BMM workouts all the time! But I am on Day #19 and I haven’t missed a day yet! Actually, I did miss one day but I just doubled up the workout the next day so I don’t really count it as missing a day! :)

These workouts continue for 90 days and I am proud of myself for doing the workout each day. Since my hip surgery, I have been focusing a lot more on strength training and the BMM workouts are really a change in my routine by adding high intensity cardio.

  • Starburst Gum

It’s Starburst in gum form. There really isn’t a need for an explanation. Life got a little better when I found Starburst gum.

  • Coffee

I am loving all the coffee that I got for Christmas! I love having so many options to choose from each morning. It’s like my own personal coffee shop!

  • Sales

I am reluctant  to spend a lot of money of shoes for Jaden because he’s really hard on them. He’ll wear a pair of new shoes to school and they’ll come home looking like he’s been wearing them for two months. Or he’ll go to school in a new pair of jeans and come home with a giant hole in the knee.

Luckily, I was at Meijer yesterday and they were have a 25% off the clearance price sale. I found a pair of Fila shoes for Jaden for only $16. Hopefully this pair will last him a little longer.

  • Butter Lettuce

Is it weird to have a lettuce as a favorite?! I don’t care. I love this lettuce.

I’ve never had butter lettuce before but it was on sale at the store last week and I bought a couple of bags. I have been using it in salads all week. I love that it doesn’t weigh a lot so I get a giant amount for only 10 calories!

That’s all my favorites for today!

Tonight we have plans to go out to dinner with my family! Have a great night!!

  • What are your Friday favorites?
  • Do you have any plans this weekend?

FitBit Charge HR: One Week Update

Yesterday, I registered my son for high school.

I must admit that I am in denial that he’s starting high school this fall. How did this happen?! I can’t believe how fast the time has gone! To me, it was just yesterday that he was a tiny baby, born weighing 1 pound and 14 ounces. The first two months if his life he lived in the NICU of the hospital and now he’ll be starting high school?!

Time really does go by fast and I’m not ready for my babies to grow up!

I’m a little bit in love with the lunch I made yesterday and today. I was craving something different besides my normal bagel egg sandwich or veggie flatbread pizza so I made a healthy chicken finger salad with honey mustard dressing.

I used the Applegate Naturals gluten-free chicken tenders and Bolthouse Farms honey mustard yogurt dressing. So good. The Applegate Naturals chicken is a little pricier but since I’m so picky about chicken, it’s worth it to me.

Yesterday, I did the Bikini Body Mommy workout and some triceps exercises. On my upper body, my triceps bother me the most! I just can’t seem to tone them!

Some of the triceps exercises I did included: triceps cable pressdowns, overhead cable triceps extensions, dumbbell triceps extensions, barbell skull crushers, barbell triceps presses, and weighted dips.

Today, I did the Bikini Body Mommy workout twice and then went on the elliptical and stationary bike for about 15 minutes each.

Fitbit Charge HR

I’ve had my Fitbit Charge HR for a full week now. If you are someone that works out occasionally and isn’t super worried about heart rate then I would recommend the Charge HR 100%. It does a pretty good job of recording heart rate during steady state exercises like doing elliptical or walking on the treadmill.

I also like that since it measures your heart rate all day long, it gives a good estimate of the calories you’ve burned during the day.

However, if you’re someone like me who is a little more serious about working out and heart rate, I would not recommend the Charge HR if you’re looking for an accurate heart rate during high intensity workouts.

I like to know my accurate heart rate and calories burned during exercise.

My Polar FT7:

I like I like to know my time spent in the fat burning zone vs the fitness zone.

I don’t think the Charge HR does a good job of measuring heart rate during high intensity exercises which is where I need it to be the most accurate.

So, I continue to wear both my Fitbit Charge HR and my Polar FT7 heart rate monitor which is what I was hoping to avoid by buying the Charge HR in the first place. It doesn’t really bother me to wear both because I know I’m getting a better heart rate and calorie burn reading with my Polar.

I can enter my exercise and calories burned into My Fitness Pal which then syncs with the Fitbit. This way I’m not doubling up on the exercise calories burned if that makes sense. I enter the time I worked out so the Fitbit fixes the calorie adjustment.

Even though I don’t feel like the Charge HR accurately measures heart rate during exercise, I am still glad that I bought it and I would buy it again.

I like that I can see all my stats right on my wrist, so far the battery life has been awesome, and the sleep tracker is surprisingly accurate.

Like I’ve said before, I’m not too worried about my sleep but I think that’s it pretty cool that without putting the Fitbit into sleep mode like you have to do on the Flex, it does a good job of knowing when I went to sleep and when I woke up.

Overall, I would recommend the FitBit Charge HR but I would recommend a chest strap heart rate monitor if you are a little more serious about knowing the correct heart rate.

Have a great afternoon!

Dinner, Brownies, and a Workout

Good afternoon friends!

I wanted to share last night’s dinner with you because it was so delicious. I’m usually pretty boring when it comes to dinner and seem to eat the same two meals all the time – salad with baked chicken and a Greek yogurt or baked chicken with brown rice and veggies.

Last night’s dinner wasn’t too different but it was a nice change. I made broccoli slaw with green and red peppers, onions, chicken, garlic and a little bit of lite soy sauce.

I always cook a batch of chicken at the beginning of the week to use throughout the week so this meal was super easy to make. I just added the garlic, peppers, and onions to the pan and let it cook for a few minutes. Then I added the already cooked chicken, broccoli slaw, and soy sauce and let it cook for a few more minutes. Easy peasy.

After dinner, Jaden and I made these brownies by Now Foods.

Don’t let the fact that they’re organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and nut-free scare you. I snuck a little piece and they were delicious! These are a great treat for Jaden since he’s allergic to dairy.

And most of the Ghiradelli brownie mixes are dairy-free so I buy those for him too. Most people think chocolate is dairy but there are quite a few chocolate products that are dairy-free. There’s cocoa butter in a lot of chocolate products which used to throw me off but cocoa butter is actually dairy-free.

Today’s Workout

I went to the gym this morning and did the elliptical, the bikini body mommy day #15 workout, and shoulders.

I am actually quite proud of myself for doing the bikini body mommy workout every day for 15 days. Usually I like sticking to my own workout but the bikini body mommy workouts are great. First, I like that they’re short because I can do then in addition to my normal workout. And even though they are short, they are killer! Each week get progressively harder and today’s workout was 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for ten different exercises.

Let me tell you, 10 seconds of rest is nothing. After the ten minute workout, I was dying! I love that these workouts really get my heart rate up. I think my highest heart rate during today’s workout was around 170 bpm!

My right quad/leg continues to be a little sore but I have been a lot better about icing it.

Have a great afternoon!

  • Do you have any food allergies?
  • Do you ever do high intensity exercises?

Lots of Exercises

Good morning!

Yesterday morning, Danny and I went to the gym. I haven’t been on the treadmill in a couple of week so I got on it yesterday hoping I’d be able to run/walk without any pain. No such luck, my Achilles tendon still hurts. It seems to get better the longer I go, but it’s still a constant annoyance which is well, annoying.

I’ve been doing a lot of jumping activities in my normal workouts so I’m sure that’s not helping much but it only really bothers me when I run. Honestly, it makes me want to punch something. :)

After the treadmill, Danny and I worked on back and biceps.

We did a lot of great back exercises including:

  • cable face pulls
  • seated row machine
  • seated lat pulldowns
  • bentover rows
  • straight arm pullovers
  • plank to row

We also did a few bicep exercises including:

  • bicep barbell curls 21s (7 full range, 7 bottom halves, 7 top halves)
  • single leg hammer curls
  • dumbbell bicep curls with a static hold

We had a few minutes left before we had to get Jaden from the kid’s room, so we did a few core exercises and then stretched and foam rolled.

Yesterday’s lunch was kind of a random snack plate.

I like eating a lot of foods in small amounts rather than a big amount of one food. My mom used to make me “variety plates” after school, which pretty much meant whatever we needed to get rid of in the fridge, and I guess the variety plate idea has stuck with  me into adulthood.

Today at the gym I did the Bikini Body Mommy workout fit test. I did the fit test on day #1 and again today on day #15. There are eight exercises and they are done for 50 seconds with 10 seconds rest in between. Its only an eight minute workout but it’s killer! When I was done, I just laid on the gym floor, dying.

The point is to do as many reps as possible in the 50 seconds. I improved on all my numbers from day #1! I do the push-ups on the wall for now because my wrist still bothers me and regular push-ups make it worse.

After the BMM workout, I did some glute exercises including:

  • step up to kickbacks
  • squat jump outs (squat, jump out, elbows to knees, jump back in)
  • hip bridges with yoga ring for resistance
  • donkey kicks
  • alternating heel touches
  • sumo squats

It was a tough workout today!

Have a great afternoon!

  • Did you workout today?
  • What’s your favorite lunch?
