Good afternoon!

Today’s Workout:

  • Walking – 10 minutes
  • Butts and Guts Class – 60 minutes
  • Women on Weights – 60 minutes

I had a great workout this morning! They finally changed the Women on Weights class to an hour instead of 45 minutes which is awesome. With the warm-up, cool down, and explanation of exercises, 45 minutes just wasn’t enough.

I wore my new BondiBand to the gym this morning.
