Quest Protein Bars
Since I’m not really a meat eater, I am always looking for new ways to get protein in my diet, especially after a workout, which is why I love trying out different protein bars. I have been seeing QuestBar protein bars a lot on different blogs and decided that I should try them out!
Quest sent me a sample box of bars to try out along with some protein peanut butter cups. Yes, I said protein peanut butter cups. Awesome.
Quest bars are low carb and gluten free.
- NO Sugar Alcohols (Original Line)
- NO Sugar Used
- No Artificial Sweeteners (All Natural Line)
- NO Glycerine
- NO Junk Ingredients
- NO Soy Protein
- Gluten Free
- Only 4-6 Non-Fiber Carbs
I like these bars because they have a lot of protein but not too many calories. The bars have between 160 and 210 calories and 20-21 grams of protein each!
As I’ve said, I am always trying out different protein bars, and these are great for after BodyPump because they have a great amount of protein in them, and they taste good!
I was impressed by all the different flavors of Quest bars.

So far, my favorite is the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. I’ve even heard a rumor that you can heat it up in the microwave for a few seconds for that freshly baked cookie taste.
The first flavor that I tried was the chocolate peanut butter and it was good. The next flavor that I am excited to try is the peanut butter and jelly flavor. How fun is that?!
