We’re on the third week of Bingo at my gym.
So far, I’m going strong. I turned two Bingo cards in the first week and two Bingo cards in the second week. I actually completed three Bingo cards the first week, but I forgot to turn the card in until Monday, and they have to be turned in by Sunday to count. So, that kind of sucked, especially because they post all the results of everyone that has signed up for Bingo, and I would have been in the lead.
Wow, I’m really competitive all of a sudden! Each week is a new and different Bingo card, so they don’t carry over from week to week.
I haven’t won a prize yet but that’s okay because the prize that I really want is next week’s prize which is a 30 minute nutritional consultation. Oh, and the final prize is a gym membership, so that would be nice too.
I bought a big can of pumpkin because my grocery store didn’t have the normal size cans, so I have a lot of pumpkin to use up. Does anyone know how long it will stay good for in the fridge?
This morning, I was making my normal peanut butter french toast, and I saw the canned pumpkin in the fridge, so I decided to add about a tablespoon of the pumpkin to the egg mixture that I dipped the pieces of bread in. It came out really good with the perfect pumpkin flavor.
I had some Honeycrisp apple slices on the side. My day really isn’t complete without a Honeycrisp apple, or two…or three.
I had a companion at breakfast this morning.
She loves her bagels.
