Just Do It

Yesterday

Last night we went to Noodles and Company for dinner. I love Noodles and Company but we haven’t been there in so long. We used to go all the time, but then I tried to cut back on it when I starting losing weight. I got my all time favorite – pasta fresca with feta cheese. Only I got a small size instead of the regular.

Jaden got mac and cheese – it was hot.

Afterwards, we got some frozen yogurt, and on the way home, I spotted this restaurant:

Which Wich! I have never seen one in Illinois before, and I know that from reading Janae’s blog that Which Wich is delicious, and I should probably eat there sometime this weekend. Danny ran in to get a menu.

Today’s Workout

  • Boot Camp – 70 minutes

Boot camp ran a little longer this morning, which was fine with me since I ate pasta and lots of frozen yogurt last night.

When my alarm went off at 6:15 am this morning, I did not want to get out of bed. I was so tired and warm and cozy in my bed. I really debated going back to sleep and skipping boot camp.

But yesterday, I bought one of those quote bracelets that says Dreams become reality one choice at a time. I think it’s a great motivational quote because the only way that you can make your dreams come true is by working to get there, one step, one day, one choice at a time.

So, I got my butt up and went to boot camp.

After boot camp, I celebrated National Coffee Day with a McDonald’s coffee!

    How many mornings a week do you get up early to work out? We run at 5am Mon, Wed & Saturday and boot camp at 5am on Tuesdays. I sure love the other three days a week that I get to sleep in (6:30 or 7am, ha) This morning was a 6am 5 miler that started and ended at Cracker Barrel, yum :) Happy Saturday!

  4. I love Which wich!!! I usually get the Caprese which is tomato, mozzarella and basil. So good!!!! Man, now I am craving one!!!
