I ate a lot of good things yesterday, so this post is going to contain a lot of pictures of food. Just so you know.

- Biggest Loser Circuit Workout (pm)
I took the day off of BodyPump on Friday, and I think it was a good idea because I was ready to get back to it yesterday morning. We did an older track, which was a nice change.
If you’re unfamiliar with BodyPump, a new workout (called a track) comes out everything three months and the instructor usually sticks to that new track for a few weeks. I like going back to old tracks to mix things up and not be stuck doing the same track three times a week for many weeks.
After BodyPump, I made an egg white and jelly bagelwich.
Instead of cheese, I added seedless raspberry preserves to my bagel. It might sound like an unusual combination but it was really good.
I bought the kids the Chobani Champions chocolate chunk yogurt (mostly because I wanted to try it).
I thought it was okay, it wasn’t my favorite. I think the vanilla yogurt is just a little too tart for me. Jacob liked it, but Jaden said that he would never eat it again.
Yesterday afternoon, I stopped at the grocery store where the kids rode the free pony.
Last time we were at the store, I told Jacob that maybe he was too old to ride the pony. A lady walking into the store heard me say it, and said awwwww to Jacob and then turned and gave me the dirtiest look. What?! Jacob is 11 years old! I just thought maybe his pony riding days were over. Apparently not. They both rode the pony yesterday. There random lady who should mind here own business, are you happy?
When we got home from the store, there was a box of three Atkin’s bars in the mailbox. I signed up for the free starter box online. I didn’t sign up because I count or restrict carbs, I signed up because I like free stuff.
I figured the bars wouldn’t be that good and would taste like cardboard, so I was very surprised when I bit into the caramel nut chew bar, and it was one of the best bars that I have ever tasted.
It tasted like a Snickers bar, no joke. When it was gone, I really wanted to eat another one. Don’t worry, I didn’t.
The caramel nut chew bar was a mini bar with 130 calories and 5 grams of protein, which is the same nutrition stats as the Kashi bars that I eat. The back of the bar said something like 22 grams of carbs, but only 2 grams of net carbs. I’m not really sure how that works. All I cared was that it tasted delicious.
I decided to eat dinner before my biggest loser workout last night. I hate coming home and eating dinner at 8:30 pm, but I also can’t eat right before I go or I’ll puke. So, I decided to eat dinner at 5:30 pm and hoped that I’d be fine by 7 pm. I also hate eating dinner so early because then I’m worried that I’ll be hungry again at 9:00 pm. This working out at 7 pm thing is kind of a pain.
I usually buy the crab stuffed salmon from Target, and I saw that they had crab stuffed tilapia also, so I decided to try it out.
I also had some sad-looking baby carrots. The tilapia was good. I liked it, but I like the crab stuffed salmon a lot better.
For dessert, I had apple slices with caramel. And I’ll admit it, I licked the caramel container to get all the caramel out.
At the biggest loser workout, we did a lot of partner work. We each took turns doing an exercise one time, then two times, then three times, all the way up to eight times. Then we went back down – seven times, six times, etc. It was intense.

I think eating at 5:30 pm worked fine because I didn’t feel sick while working out. I had a Greek yogurt and blueberries when I got home.
