Yesterday afternoon, we took a little trip for some frozen yogurt. I called my dad to see if he wanted to go with us. I know that he has been wanting to go to Red Mango, but I told him that we’re going to Yogli Mogli, and he needed to deal with it. Okay, I wasn’t that mean. But Yogli Mogli is better than Red Mango in my opinion. Anyone else been to both?
I went for more of a chocolately yogurt this time instead of a fruity yogurt.
For dinner last night, I was craving Mexican food. But instead of going out to a Mexican restaurant and eating my body weight in chips and salsa, I made a lower calorie quesadilla at home.
I used a Mission whole wheat tortilla.
Added green peppers, ren onions, green onions, and cheese.
I also added 1 tablespoon of sour cream and 2 tablespoons of salsa.
I also steamed a side of green beans in the Ziploc steamer bags.
The whole meal came out to about 347 calories.
This morning I have a physical therapy appointment, but I have about a half hour to kill after I drop Jaden off at school, so I am going to stop at the gym for a quick and easy workout.
I used Random.org to pick three Skinny Pop winners. I am personally shipping these out, so I am trying to figure out the best way without smashing all the popcorn. Hopefully, your popcorn arrives in tact!

Tonight I definitely eat stovetop popcorn almost every night, too! Guilty! But my favorite is still a smoothie when I have a second to make one.

Oh I never heard of that popcorn! Looks yummy (and I love anything with ‘skinny’ in the title. Not sure why).
My favorite snack is hummus with veggies or pita chips. Or Clif bars because they are just awesome.
