I Drank All My Water

I just typed up my whole entire blog post, and my computer didn’t save any of it. When I tried to publish it, everything was just gone. As much as it pains me to say this, I really want to throw this new computer out the window! Now I have to write the whole post all over again…grrrr. WTF  (What The Fudge). Once I said WTF on my blog, and my dad said that I shouldn’t swear on my blog. Apparently, my dad doesn’t know that WTF stands for what the fudge. I  mean, what else could it possibly stand for?


I had another smoothie this morning, mostly to use up the other half of the Greek yogurt from yesterday. I like smoothies, but they’re a little too time consuming for most mornings. My smoothie was pretty similar to yesterday’s, minus the banana.

My smoothie included:

  • Frozen strawberries
  • Frozen pineapple
  • Water
  • Almond Milk
  • Honey Greek Yogurt
  • Crushed Ice
  • Splash of Orange Juice

I drank half of it, and saved the other half for after the gym.

Today’s Workout

  • 7 minutes stretching
  • Cardio Fit & Tone Class

The Cardio Fit & Tone class really focused on the cardio today and got my heart rate up. I know it was a good workout because I drank  my whole water bottle. Usually, I only finish half of it during class. The instructor had fitness ladders and steps set out. We did drills using them and medicine balls. We finished up with a little bit of ab work and a cool down.


I just found out today that my gym is actually in the middle of constructing a new building and bigger gym. The fitness rooms are supposed to be twice the size and have a stage for the instructors. It’ll be nice not to have to squeeze in during BodyPump and fight old men for a treadmill. The only bad news is that it won’t be ready until next year. I’m still looking forward to it.

After my workout, I had rest of my smoothie and a thinkThin bar for a post workout snack.

Late this morning, my brother and niece came over so that my brother could do some mumbo jumbo to our new computer. I don’t know anything about computers. It’s lucky that I can even turn on the computer and open the internet. So, I’m glad that my brother knows what he’s doing. Without him, I’d probably be listening to my Walkman and playing Atari. My kids can work electronic devices better than I can. My dad was looking for a new computer, so I let him do all the research on which one was the best to get, and then I just bought the same one he did. Thanks, Dad.

Baby McCutie Chocolate Face just hung out and ate some M&Ms. I didn’t have any because I only like peanut and peanut butter M&Ms.


I made an awesome chopped salad for lunch today.

My salad included: romaine lettuce, carrots, green & red peppers, pickles, and red onion.

I also had a Fage blueberry Greek yogurt for some protein. I love Fage yogurt, but it’s usually so expensive. But yesterday, it was on sale at the grocery store for $1. Yeah, I’ll buy some of those.

A couple of hours later, I had some apples and peanut butter for a snack. I love the apple/peanut butter combo.

Tonight, if Danny makes it home on time, I’m trying out a new fitness class. Danny gets off of work a half hour early for a week every few months, so this is the only day that I will be able to take this class because of the time the class is offered. I’ll give you a hint what the class is:

I’m excited!

  1. i love peanut butter + apples.. although i find it necessary to smear the peanut butter on each individual apple wedge rather than just put it on the plate. I swear it tastes better that way!

    I find if you pre~ write your posts in word or plain ole notepad and then copy and paste very few get lost in the shuffle.I am a self taught computer grandma.
    I designed a HUGE website with the help of PageBuilder and Yahoo.Started it back in 2000.Lots of breadcrumbs left along the way…
    I love smoothies.I made a delicious one the other day and as I was taking it off it’s base the bottom fell out.My concoction was all over my counter.I found a straw and “Had at it”
    I used cuties,orange creme yogurt,ice and a bit of 2 % milk.Tastes like a dream cycle :)
    I love peanut butter and apples too.Also Greek Yogurt (CHOBANI Raspberry)
    I have indulged lately in Orville’s Sweet and Salty Popcorn with sweetened condensed milk caramel drizzled throughout.Just simmer the can in very hot water for 3-4 hours.
    I think of something different to cook or bake everyday.
    Occasionally I ride my bicycle instead of my moped.
    I am surrounded by water and love it.
